Three Questions

  1. What is your favorite frame at McCulley Optix Gallery?
My favorite frame that we have in the optical now is a new one from Tiffany's. The Tiffany 2050. It has some of the Tiffany blue color on it and lots of bling on the sides.  But, its not too overdone!  Its Tiffany's, its perfect.

  2. What is your Favorite Birthday Memory?
One of my best birthday memories from my childhood is when I had a bunch of friends over and we all loaded into a motorhome and drove down to Wolverton, MN, to Victoria's restaurant and had dinner there and played games.  I probably was turning 13 that year.  And we decorated t-shirts with puffy paint.  Very 1980s!

  3. What is one thing on your Bucket List?
One of the top things on my Bucket List is to visit all 50 states!  I've been to 47 states and just have to make it to the last 3:  Alaska, Hawaii and Delaware!

Three Questions:

  1. What is your favorite frame at McCulley Optix Gallery?
I just got a Prodesign 4677. It has a great subtle cat eye, and fun metal detailing. It is tortoise and purple. I love frames that are modern with a retro twist, have a bigger lens shape, with a pop of color!
  2. What is your Favorite Birthday Memory?
On my 30th birthday, I threw myself a “goodbye to my 20s party.” My friends and I went to a piano bar in downtown Minneapolis, sang along to all the songs, and kept running into random people we knew. It is one birthday I will never forget!
  3. What is one thing on your bucket list?
I would like to attend a Presidential Inauguration once in my life. It would be amazing to be such a close witness to history.

Three Questions:

  1. What is your favorite frame at McCulley Optix Gallery?
My new favorite frame is Tom Ford sunglass Martina.  With innovative lines & bold styling they are fashionable & functional any time of year.  Real made in Italy style.
  2. What is your Favorite Birthday Memory?
When I was in grade school, you would bring in a treat for the class on your birthday.  Since my birthday is right before Valentine’s Day, my mom would make these delicious shortbread cookies cut out as hearts, with pink frosting & red sprinkles for me to pass out.  Yummy!
  3. What is one thing on your Bucket List?
To attend classes at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris.  They offer short term courses for food enthusiasts and that describes me perfectly!

Three Questions:

  1. What is your favorite frame at McCulley Optix Gallery?
I love our new Tiffany and Co. line of frames. Many of their frames and sunglasses have the signature Tiffany blue color incorporated, which is one of my favorite colors, so I was immediately drawn to them.

The cakes that my mom would make for us while growing up. I have three sisters and she would make special cakes for each of us for our birthdays every year. It always made birthdays feel special.

She is planning on attending Medical or Optometry school after graduation. Laura is a huge help with all kinds of behind the scenes projects in the office, and you may often see her shadowing Dr. McCulley during exams, or greeting you when you walk in the door. Three Questions:

  1. What is your favorite frame at McCulley Optix Gallery?
The pair I got for myself, the Lafont Indy! Its plastic frame is a great size for smaller faces. Plus, it comes in bright blue, so you can really stand out!
  2. What is your Favorite Birthday Memory?
This isn't my favorite birthday memory, but it is one birthday I remember well. On my 14th birthday, I awoke to the smell of burning. Turns out that my sister was making breakfast for me...burned pancakes with goo in the middle. The remainder of the day, it seemed like no one even remembered it was my birthday. Then one day I came home to a birthday party (approximately six months late). It was definitely my strangest birthday.
  3. What is one thing on your Bucket List?
Something that's always been on my bucket list is skydiving. Bungee jumping is also on there. (I laugh in the face of danger!)
